Barrett has been working in the building industry for over 20 years, since beginning as a carpentry apprentice with his father’s contracting company back in Lawrence, Kansas.
He built a successful contracting business in Brooklyn where he focused on high-end brownstone remodels. He moved to Colorado two years ago and has built a Denver business focused on high design projects and collaborations with architects and designers.
He lives in a super chic Edgewater Victorian with his wife, Katy, and their ridiculously cute son, Ryland.

Elliot has worked in every facet of the design build world. From owning a plaster company, to his early career as a GC/builder and developer and later as a designer, he understands the business front to back.
He has designed and engineered hundreds of interior spaces in Colorado from multi-family units to Aspen luxury abodes.
Elliot heads up the cabinet line Harlan Jasper Joinery and oversees all things casework at Hamilton Homes.
He's a passionate chef and most nights you'll find him experimenting in the kitchen with his girlfriend, Kelly, in Highland Square, Denver.
