It is the only agency providing low-income parents with complete job readiness and employment retention skills, as well as wraparound services that reduce barriers to employment. CWEE has guided more than 15,000 families to self-sufficiency since its inception and continues to strengthen the local economy by connecting skilled participants to its employer partners. The agency’s model is unique in its data-driven outcomes, which demonstrate the programs’ success in breaking the cycles of generational poverty.
